Thai cuisine places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge. It is known for its highly complex interplay of at least three and up to four or five fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal; sour, sweet, salty, bitter, and spicy. Thai table does a great job at incorporating all of these elements to their dishes to truly give an authentic taste to their food. The seafood is always fresh and the presentation of the dish is tempting to the eyes. Select dishes include spicy papaya salad with crispy salmon, Chiang Mai curry noodles, pineapple fried rice and shrimp pineapple curry.
