If you cram the the night before an exam, you are trying to push too much information into your brain at once, so by the time you actually take the test, you will just forget everything you studied. Making a study schedule can help you set up designated times to study different subjects and\/or topics.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Get Plenty of Sleep&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You shouldn\u2019t stay up all night and study the night before an exam. Going to bed early and relaxing can benefit your brain and your personal well-being before the test the next day. The more well-rested you are for the test, the more focused you will be on exam day.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Stay Positive&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Test anxiety is real. If you keep your head high and have a positive outlook, you won\u2019t fear the test. If you have a smart study plan and get a good night&#8217;s rest prior to the exam, you&#8217;re setting yourself up for success.
