Since midterms and Regents exams are happening this week, let\u2019s discuss some tips and tricks for studying for these exams! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Number one is making sure you have a comfortable workspace. This can be your bedroom, the library, living room, or any place that you feel comfortable studying. Making sure you are in a comfortable environment is beneficial for focusing on your work and keeping you motivated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A second tip is sometimes having a snack while studying can improve your focus. Studying on an empty stomach can be a distraction. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Something else that is important is taking breaks. If you are studying for a longer period of time, it\u2019s important to pace yourself so your brain doesn\u2019t get\u00a0 too tired. You can use your break to take a walk, eat, use the bathroom, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Creating a checklist is also very helpful. Using it to write all of the subjects you need to study could keep you organized\u00a0and keep your mind on task. Making simplified notes of things you need to remember for a test is also important. It could make remembering easier for you. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
One last tip is to make sure you get a good night’s rest the night before your exam!\u00a0You want your mind and body to be well rested on exam day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
