One of the most beloved Easter traditions is the annual egg hunt. Local parks often transform into colorful grass areas where children eagerly search for hidden eggs filled with candy and small surprises. A popular spot for seasonal gatherings is Bethpage State Park, where families can enjoy the outdoors while taking part in holiday-themed fun. Rockville Centre recreation center also offers easter egg hunts and lots of activities over the spring break. I have the opportunity of working there and we offer egg coloring, crafts, bowling trips, and gym sessions all break. This allows children to get to show their creativity while having fun and the parents get a much needed break and can enjoy Easter how they want.

Spring festivals and craft fairs are also classic spring activities and add to the excitement of Easter.
