It is December 2024 and there have been numerous album releases and new music over the past few months. Many artists are coming out with singles for their new albums coming out in 2025. Pop music is popular right now featuring many young new artists.

To begin, Coldplay’s 10th studio album, Moon Music, was released on October 4th, 2024. Sabrina Carpenter also released her new album Short n’ Sweet on August 23rd 2024. Short n’ Sweet has received major acclaim and has boosted her career tremendously. Lastly, Tyler the Creator released his new album Chromakopia on October 28th, 2024. The album is 53 minutes long and is receiving good reviews from fans and listeners. 

In addition, numerous artists have released singles and are releasing albums soon. For instance, Lady Gaga will release her seventh studio album in February according to Vogue; though the exact release date has not yet been announced. As a preview, Gaga released the uplifting song “Die With a Smile” featuring Bruno Mars on August 16th, 2024. It did very well on the charts and received a lot of recognition from both fans from artists. The pop singer Tate McRae released her newest single “2 hands” on November 14th, 2024 and her other single, called “Its Okay I’m Okay” on September 12th, 2024 from her upcoming third studio album So Close to What. So Close to What is coming out on February 21st, 2025 and McRae will be having an arena tour as well in 2025 called the Miss Possessive Tour.

As you can see, many artists are releasing new albums in 2025 and are hoping for a successful year. 2025 should be a great year for music!
